Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hasse Hansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Meridius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hansson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Saliva - Click Click Boom. Meridius comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sexion d'Assaut - Desole kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Maximus Meridius told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meridius lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hansson circles away quickly and effectively.
Meridius throws a head kick but Hansson moves out of range.
Meridius throws a left and a right that both miss

and Hansson counters with a series of strikes that sends Meridius to the canvas! Hansson follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

Meridius is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Hansson arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Meridius's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
