PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Credible (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tallak Hrolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Credible might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Killing Me Inside by Crossfade. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hrolf fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Credible has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hrolf getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Credible gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hrolf counters with a stiff right hand.
Hrolf scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Tallak Hrolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hrolf throws the kick towards the body but Credible avoids it.

Hrolf has Credible up against the cage in a clinch.

Hrolf lands a takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Hrolf sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Credible's guard.
Hrolf stalling away here and it's allowed Credible to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Hrolf looking to sit in guard and control but Credible gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Hrolf is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Credible wants to control from the top but Hrolf keeps moving.
Credible looking to pass the guard.
Hrolf looking to hit a scissor sweep but Credible is one step ahead there.
Credible trying to control the position from guard on top but Hrolf is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Credible will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Hrolf trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.

Hrolf is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Justin Credible.
Credible throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Credible uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hrolf .
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Credible fails with the takedown
and Hrolf counters with a monster head kick that knocks Credible out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!
