Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luceno shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cannon sprawls well. Cannon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Luceno gets slowly back to his feet.

Luceno looks to clinch
and Cannon counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Luceno is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cannon.

Luceno needs to keep his hands up - Cannon had a free shot at his head there.

Cannon tests Luceno's chin there with a solid looking shot.

and Cannon counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Cannon lands a big uppercut and Luceno crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Luceno looks OK. Cannon waves Luceno back to his feet!

Luceno is rocked!
Luceno wants to clinch up but Cannon keeps it at a distance.

Horrible takedown by Luceno or perhaps it was just good defense by Cannon which made him look bad.
Luceno looks for a takedown but Cannon sprawls well.
Luceno changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cannon tries to avoid it but Luceno manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cannon to the ground. Cannon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cannon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Salvador Cannon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Luceno takes one on the button.
Cannon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Luceno is still on wobbly legs! Can Cannon finish him?
Cannon is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Cannon throws a series of punches but Luceno moves out of range.
Luceno seems to have recovered his senses.

Cannon drops Luceno with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Luceno looks back up at him and smiles so Cannon waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Cannon throws a monster overhand right that drops Luceno! Cannon follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
