Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Flavio Panday! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brandon Storm! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Panday's waist but Panday gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Storm off to one side. Panday throws a quick inside leg kick. Panday moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Panday lands a nice shot that snaps Storm's head back.
Panday keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Storm fails with a takedown attempt. Flavio Panday has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Storm. Panday swinging wildly here.
Storm shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Panday sprawls well. Panday wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Storm gets slowly back to his feet. Panday bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Panday throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Panday throws a jab but it's blocked by Storm. Storm shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Panday but Panday pushes him off and we're back to square one. Panday moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Panday scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Panday scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Storm doesn't seem bothered though. Panday works over Storm's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Brandon Storm has been cut. Storm looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Storm misses with a takedown attempt - Panday sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Storm shoots in looking for a takedown. Panday tries to sprawl out of it but Storm keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Panday manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Panday lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Storm circles away quickly and effectively. Panday lands a body shot.
A combination from Storm does no damage. Panday thows a body shot but no joy. Panday wants to land a leg kick but Storm is out of range. Panday digs a good hook to Storm's body.
Panday finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm dives in and grabs Panday's left leg, looking for a takedown. Panday pushes down on Storm's head and hops out. A combination from Panday does no damage. Nice defenses there by Storm. Panday throws a body punch but Storm moves out of range. Panday cracks Storm with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Storm on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Panday works Storm's body with a nice hook. Good shot there by Panday. A looping hook to the body misses from Panday. Storm does a little dance to reset his feet. Panday slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Flavio Panday seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Panday misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Panday misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Storm.
A telegraphed right hand from Panday misses the target. Panday works over Storm's head and body with a nice combination. Storm takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Storm is rocked! Panday swings for the body but Storm moves out of range.
Panday listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Storm is still on wobbly legs! Can Panday finish him? Storm on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Storm seems to have recovered his senses. Flavio Panday is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Good shot there by Panday. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Panday lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Storm can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Panday and Storm drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Panday.
