Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Lindroos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timo Hissi Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hissi Junior moves out of range of the body kick.
Lindroos misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Hissi Junior connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Hissi Junior cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Hissi Junior stalks Lindroos and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lindroos's face. Lindroos staggers backwards, shaken.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hissi Junior, as that shot connected.
Nice body kick there by Lindroos.

Lindroos tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Hissi Junior counters with a nice uppercut.
Hissi Junior might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Lindroos clobbers Hissi Junior with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fight stays on the outside here - Lindroos looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Lindroos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hissi Junior swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lindroos is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Hissi Junior really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lindroos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
