Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bala Bala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Jarvis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bala comes to the cage accompanied by Tough at the top. The crowd seem to be enjoying Jarvis's choice of entrance music: Brian M vs. McBunn - Loud Music (original mix). Johnny Jarvis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bala looks to land a left hand but Jarvis moved out of range nicely.
Jarvis fails with the takedown
and Bala counters with a straight right hand.
Jarvis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Bala sneaks back into half guard.
Bala is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jarvis pulls his head out easily.

Bala fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jarvis sprawls well initially but Bala persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Bala is looking to advance position but Jarvis won't allow it.
Jarvis manages to escape and get back to his feet!

That was a close round but I would say that Bala Bala will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Jarvis shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bala but Bala pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Jarvis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bala's waist but Bala gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jarvis off to one side.

Bala avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jarvis shoots in but no luck this time.
A solid leg kick lands there for Bala.
Johnny Jarvis is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bala shoots in but Jarvis avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The fight stays on the outside here - Jarvis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jarvis shoots for a double leg takedown but Bala sprawls well. He's pushed Jarvis's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bala is staying active underneath Jarvis, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bala Bala will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Jarvis misses with a takedown attempt - Bala sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Bala has had enough of the clinch but Jarvis keeps him there for the moment.

Bala fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jarvis avoids it really well and circles away.

Bala lands a big shot there that rocks Jarvis but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bala jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Jarvis is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Jarvis and Bala has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Bala wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jarvis keeps working.

Bala Bala is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bala is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Jarvis's shoulder. That is not cool.
Bala tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bala has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bala tries for a kimura but Jarvis is defending well.
And that's the end of the fight!
Bala Bala showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bala, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
