Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cumin Getsum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubz Phatz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bubz Phatz!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Getsum with a lazy takedown attempt
and Phatz counters with an inside leg kick.
No joy there for Phatz, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Phatz connects with an inside leg kick.
Phatz lands with a cross.
Getsum shoots and misses
and Phatz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A shot to the liver by Phatz. Beautiful body shot.
Phatz connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Getsum fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cumin Getsum. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Phatz punishes Getsum's body with a nice straight punch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Phatz goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Getsum is breathing heavily.
Phatz lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A nice combination there by Phatz.

Getsum on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Phatz. Phatz obviously looking to wear him down.
Phatz lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Getsum is rocked!
Phatz digs a good hook to Getsum's body.
Oh Getsum is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bubz Phatz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Phatz and Getsum are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Phatz throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Getsum into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Phatz knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bubz Phatz!
