The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dove.
Makhno doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Dove counters with a left to the body.
Makhno gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Dove counters with a straight right hand.
Makhno gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Dove.
Makhno shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Dove counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Gary Dove has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nestor Makhno.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Dove bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Makhno's head backwards.
