The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Taheri.
Taheri fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bean to the ground. Taheri is now in Bean's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Taheri trying to control the position from guard on top but Bean is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Taheri wants to pass the guard but Bean is keeping the position.
Bean is looking to stand up but Taheri isn't so interested in that idea.

Bean lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
It looks like Tayeb Taheri has been cut.

Bean is landing with some decent strikes but Taheri is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Taheri is on top in guard.

Taheri drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bean looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bean looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bean!

Bean scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Taheri to see if he's OK.
That has opened up Tayeb Taheri's cut even more.

Taheri tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bean wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bean lands a big shot there that rocks Taheri but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Taheri is wriggling around trying to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ron Bean will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Tayeb Taheri's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Taheri misses with a takedown attempt
and Bean counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Bean avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nice combo by Bean! Oh, that's hurt him - Taheri falls to the canvas and Bean follows him into side control.
Bean advances to full mount.
Bean with a couple of short strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bean postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Taheri looks a forlorn figure.
Taheri is still in real trouble! Can Bean finish him?
Taheri tries to lock up and control but Bean gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Bean fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The cut above Tayeb Taheri's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Taheri is squirming around, avoiding Bean's attempts to control the action.
Bean breaks from Taheri's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Tayeb Taheri's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tayeb Taheri's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Ron Bean!
