Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green clinches up with Mags and pushes him back against the cage.
Mags goes for a takedown in the clinch but Green prevents it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Green.
Mags is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Green misses with a punch to the body.
Green dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Green working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mags doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mags manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Mags has gone for a leg lock! Green slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mags's guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Green wants to sweep here but Mags controlling him for the moment.

Green lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Mags backs up against the cage.

Mags is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Green pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Green seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
