The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lovic tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lovic doesn't manage to clinch there - Henderson circles away.
Lovic shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Henderson as he jumps to the side.
Lovic fails with a takedown attempt.
Henderson looks to land a right hand but Lovic moved out of range.
Horrible takedown by Lovic or perhaps it was just good defense by Henderson which made him look bad.
Danny Henderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Muhamed Lovic.

Henderson lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lovic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lovic moves in looking to clinch but Henderson pushes him off.
Henderson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Henderson.

and Lovic counters with a head kick. That will keep Henderson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Henderson closes the distance and lands a one-two.

and Lovic counters with a nice low kick that buckles Henderson's knee momentarily.

Henderson throws a hook to the side of Lovic's head but Lovic sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Lovic takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Henderson misses with a straight left.
Henderson misses with a few strikes there.
Henderson looks to land a left hand but Lovic moved out of range nicely.

Henderson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Lovic fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Lovic feints and then cracks Henderson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Henderson down.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Lovic! Henderson is out on his feet! Lovic rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Henderson is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Henderson is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
