Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shane Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aidan Kincaid! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Kincaid counters with a lovely straight right hand! Williams closes the distance looking to clinch and Kincaid counters with a nice uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams misses with a low kick.
Williams misses with a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams wants to clinch letting Kincaid counter with a right hand. A lazy body kick from Williams and Kincaid decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Williams's guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Kincaid throws a big right hand that misses. Kincaid looking to pass the guard. Kincaid is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Kincaid stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Williams swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kincaid stands up from guard. Let's bang! Williams closes the distance but Kincaid moves to the side and Kincaid counters with a stiff right hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Williams moves to clinch but Kincaid breaks away letting Kincaid counter with a right hand. Kincaid instigates a clinch. Williams can't break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kincaid pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Williams closes the distance but Kincaid moves to the side and Williams takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Williams darts in trying to clinch enabling Kincaid to counter with a crisp jab. Williams looks for the body kick but Kincaid saw that one coming.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Williams tries to clinch but fails miserably and Kincaid counters with a two punch combo. Williams tries to clinch up and Kincaid decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Williams's guard. Williams preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kincaid trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kincaid content to stall in guard here. Williams knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kincaid on the ground. Kincaid makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aidan Kincaid dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Williams tries to clinch but Kincaid moves away and Kincaid counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Well, if Kincaid is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Williams pushes Kincaid off but Kincaid dives into side control.
Williams is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Kincaid off and has taken his back! Williams wants to control the position but Kincaid frees himself and scrambles - Williams manages to regain control in side control.
Kincaid is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kincaid is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Williams is trying to move to mount but Kincaid reverses beautifully and ends up in Williams's guard. Kincaid looking to pass the guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kincaid postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Kincaid in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Kincaid distracts Williams with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Williams looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kincaid is one step ahead there. Kincaid gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Kincaid throws out a powerful jab. Williams throws a wild body kick that Kincaid sees coming a mile off. Shane Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Kincaid counters with a left and a right that stings Williams. Kincaid lands an overhand right. Kincaid will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Williams throws a half hearted mid kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kincaid takes one on the button. Kincaid lands with a nice combination. Williams backs away looking to recover. Kincaid misses with a body shot.

Aidan Kincaid showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Kincaid throws an overhand right that lands on Williams's shoulder, as Williams tries to avoid the shot. Kincaid throws a shot to the body.
Kincaid looks to land a combination but Williams avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kincaid circles away from the clinch attempt and Kincaid counters with a stiff right hand. Kincaid bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Williams's head. Shane Williams is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kincaid swinging wildly here.
Williams wants to clinch and Kincaid counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Shane Williams has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sloppy strikes from Kincaid. Those never looked like landing. Williams tries to clinch and Kincaid counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kincaid misses with a hook. Williams ducked under it nicely. Aidan Kincaid is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Kincaid moves out of range of the body kick from Williams.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams tries to clinch up and Kincaid counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Shane Williams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kincaid cracks Williams with a good jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Williams misses with a double jab
and Kincaid counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Williams keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kincaid. Kincaid misses with a wild combination.
Williams moves to clinch but Kincaid breaks away and Kincaid cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Williams tries to clinch but fails miserably and Kincaid counters with a nice body shot.
And that's the end of the fight! Aidan Kincaid comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kincaid has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
