Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Erik Out! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sam Gunn! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Out controlling the position. Gunn thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Out wants to get back to his feet but Gunn is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Gunn looking to pass the guard. Gunn wants to control from the top but Out keeps moving. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Out tries to get out of the position. That's one minute gone in the round. Gunn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gunn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Out is adopting a defensive guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Gunn stopping the sweep attempt from Out. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Out holds on and takes a little breather. Gunn drops back looking for a leg! Out is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Out manages to kick Gunn off! Gunn jumps back into Out's guard. Out is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Erik Out. Gunn throws a left and a right that both miss
and Out counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gunn is looking to improve his position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gunn has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Out should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Gunn has tightened it up now! Out should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
