The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downs tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lowhanger swivels and escapes.
Lowhanger tries for a takedown but Downs sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Deuce Lowhanger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lowhanger lands with a big left! Downs is wobbled badly! Lowhanger comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Downs to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
