Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ian Fourie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bret Osmon! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Donatello Bradman and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fourie is looking to land body kicks. A chopping leg kick lands by Fourie. Fourie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Osmon defends it nicely. Fourie scores with a one two! Osmon had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Fourie scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fourie working away. Osmon sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Fourie missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Osmon misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Osmon is trying to stand back up but Fourie is controlling him
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Osmon pushes Fourie off and gets back to his feet. Osmon drives through and clinches with Fourie against the cage.
Fourie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Osmon just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Osmon breaks the clinch.
Fourie connects with a high kick. Fourie throws a head kick that misses. Fourie is breathing heavily. Fourie tries to clinch up but Osmon circles away and keeps his distance. Fourie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Osmon as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ian Fourie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Osmon cracks Fourie with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Osmon has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Fourie to stand back up!
Fourie is rocked!
It looks like Ian Fourie has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Osmon gets a big slam - oh, Fourie is out! Fourie is out! That's a nasty KO!
