Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max E Pad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Wall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wall has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. John Wall looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Max E Pad! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Wall! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pad clobbers Wall with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Wall looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Pad throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wall on the side of the head. Pad throws a series of punches but Wall avoids them all with ease. Pad scores with a head kick.
Wall takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. A decent looking body kick lands there for Pad. Wall has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pad finds it's way round the side to connect with Wall's head. Wall takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Pad lands a jab to Wall's midsection. Pad swinging wildly here.
Wall has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wall there as he acknowledges the shot. Wall tries for a takedown but Pad sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Wall takes one to the side of the head.
Pad throws a leg kick which misses Wall's front leg but catches the back leg as Wall tries to avoid it. Wall is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Wall checks a leg kick. Wall takes a kick to the side of the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Pad scores with a body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pad with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Pad lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Wall backs up against the cage.
Pad throws a series of punches but Wall avoids them all with ease. Pad lands with a kick to the temple. Wall shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Wall takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Pad closes the distance and lands a one-two. Pad throws a right and a left that Wall avoids nicely. Pad throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wall. Pad looks to land a combination. Wall sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Pad avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A lazy left from Pad finds it's target. Pad pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A head kick misses from Pad. Wall tries to clinch but Pad is having none of it. Pad scores with a punch to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pad listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Pad scores with a nice right hand.
Pad lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Wall backs up against the cage.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pad, as that shot connected.
Wall fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pad avoids it really well and circles away. Pad throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wall. Wall tries to clinch but Pad is having none of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wall needs to keep his hands up - Pad had a free shot at his head there. Wall takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Pad misses with a two punch combination.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Wall tries to clinch up.

Wall shoots in looking for a takedown but Pad manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wall's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Max E Pad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Wall. Pad throws a series of punches but Wall avoids them all with ease. Pad scores with a head kick.
Wall has closed the distance and engaged Pad in a clinch.
Pad is trying to break the clinch but Wall has him pressed against the cage. Pad tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Pad is pressed up against the cage. Wall has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Pad down to the mat. Pad avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Wall takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pad throws a series of punches but Wall avoids them all with ease. Pad scores with a three punch combo!
Pad leaves Wall with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Wall blocks a head kick by Pad.

Wall shoots in and drives through. Pad sprawls well. Nice body kick from Pad. Wall misses with a head kick.

This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pad throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wall. Pad is working the combinations to good effect here. Wall tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pad paws at him with a jab and circles away. Pad lands a nice leg kick that just misses Wall's sensitive parts. Max E Pad is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Pad throws a combination. Wall tries to block but a couple of punches get through. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max E Pad dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Pad circles away from the clinch attempt.
Wall walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Pad lands the left hand. A combination from Pad does no damage. Pad misses with a series of wild punches.
Pad lands with a nice combination. Wall backs away looking to recover. Pad thuds a left hand into Wall's body. Pad throws a head kick that misses. Pad misses with the combination.
Pad connects with a body shot. Wall moves into the clinch. Wall is trying desperately to land a takedown but Pad is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Wall. Pad tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wall smiles and moves away.
That kick from Pad tenderised Wall's leg. Wall is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pad throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pad scores with a head kick.
Wall dives in and grabs Pad's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pad pushes down on Wall's head and hops out. Pad throws a nice head kick!
Wall displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pad throws out the jab. Wall fails with the takedown. Pad circles away from the clinch attempt.

Pad will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Wall chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Pad can pounce on him.
Pad walks forward, straight into a front kick from Wall. Max E Pad is winning the standup battle so far. Wall looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Max E Pad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Wall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pad moves into range and connects with a jab. Pad throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Pad throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wall stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Max E Pad is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Pad digs a good hook to Wall's body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Pad!

Pad scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Wall moves in looking to clinch but Pad pushes him off. Pad misses with a head kick.

Wall shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Pad is trying to defend but Wall finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Wall trying to control the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wall missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Wall is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Pad is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max E Pad dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Wall has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Pad scores with a one two! Wall had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Pad scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Wall fails with a takedown attempt. Pad lands a nice leg kick that just misses Wall's sensitive parts. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wall ducks right into an uppercut from Pad.

Pad is trying to drag Wall to the mat but Wall just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Wall throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Pad tries to break free but Wall pushes him back against the cage. Pad tries to stall but Wall uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pad tries to circle away but Wall has him pinned against the cage. Pad wants a takedown.

Both guys are working to get underhooks. Max E Pad is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Pad keeps control of Wall as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Pad tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max E Pad. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wall tries to pull guard but Pad holds him up against the cage and eventually Wall drops back down to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight! Max E Pad showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pad, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
