Mitchell comes to the cage accompanied by Badass by Saliva. Hardy has chosen Ambitionz Az A Ridah as his entrance music. The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy throws a solid leg kick but Mitchell takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Hardy.
Hardy gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Mitchell throws a series of punches but Hardy avoids them all with ease.
Mitchell fails with the takedown
and Hardy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Hardy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mitchell manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hardy can do anything to dispel that myth.

Well Hardy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
