Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Hoberman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Jai White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White misses with a head kick.
White avoids the head kick by Hoberman.
White shoots in but no luck this time.
A slapping leg kick lands for White.
White throws a low kick but Hoberman moves out of range easily.
Hoberman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
White takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A low kick from Hoberman misses
and White counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Hoberman is lucky that one didn't land flush.
White blocks a head kick by Hoberman.
Hoberman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A low kick from White misses
and Hoberman makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
White takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
White takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
White takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hoberman takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hoberman lands a big head kick that sends White tumbling to the mat! Hoberman takes a step backwards and waves White back to his feet - he wants the finish!
White is rocked!
It looks like Michael Jai White has been cut.
Mitch Hoberman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoberman lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. White is looking to close the distance but Hoberman sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! White crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope White is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
