Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dick Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soul Crew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is YMCA. Soul Crew has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Soul Crew!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Davis both land. Nice combination.
Davis looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Horrible takedown by Davis or perhaps it was just good defense by Crew which made him look bad.
Davis closes the distance and clinches up with Crew, looking for a takedown. Davis pushes Crew against the cage but Crew circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Crew changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Davis looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Davis is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Crew trying to control the position but Davis is working away.
Davis is looking for a sweep.
Crew thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Davis tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Crew wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Crew is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Davis looks calm but he's in trouble here. Crew gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Davis is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Crew lets go of the hold and Davis can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Soul Crew!
