Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arlowski lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Arlowski tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ron Arlowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arlowski misses with a hook. Mieles ducked under it nicely.
Arlowski shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mieles defends it nicely.
Mieles moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Arlowski shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
so Mieles counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mieles stands up from Arlowski's guard - Mieles perhaps looking for a knockout.
Sloppy strikes from Arlowski. Those never looked like landing.
Mieles blocks a jab.
Mieles displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Arlowski.
Pillu Mieles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ron Arlowski.
Mieles connects with the punch.

Arlowski connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Nice body punch from Mieles.
Mieles lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Mieles scores with a nice head shot.
Mieles lands a hook that stumbles Arlowski back into the cage. Mieles follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Arlowski to the canvas! Mieles pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Arlowski has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
