Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and steve hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
hayes tries to clinch up.
hayes has a takedown stuffed.
hayes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Holt but Holt pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Holt keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tony Holt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of steve hayes.
Holt shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in hayes's guard.
hayes wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tony Holt.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Holt, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
