Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mirzai Navozov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mihail Dyuzev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mirzai Navozov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mihail Dyuzev! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A chopping leg kick lands by Navozov. Dyuzev tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Navozov tries a head kick but it misses.
Navozov loads up on a big right hand but Dyuzev slips the punch. Mirzai Navozov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dyuzev takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Dyuzev will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Dyuzev tries to land a front kick but Navozov steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Navozov checks the leg kick. Navozov goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Navozov lands with a slapping head kick. Dyuzev rushes Navozov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dyuzev looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Dyuzev is trying to break the clinch but Navozov has him pressed against the cage. Dyuzev manages to pull guard.
Dyuzev is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dyuzev lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Navozov! Dyuzev controlling the pace for now. Dyuzev is standing up, even though he is in mount. Navozov is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dyuzev shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Navozov but Navozov pushes him off and we're back to square one. Navozov throws a head kick that misses. Dyuzev throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Navozov tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dyuzev is in Navozov's guard. Dyuzev looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Dyuzev passes easily into side control. Nice work. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dyuzev thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Navozov is letting Dyuzev control him for a moment. Dyuzev stands up and we're back to a striking position. Dyuzev looks to land a body kick but Navozov moved away. Dyuzev instigates a clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dyuzev takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Good body shot from Dyuzev.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Navozov has Dyuzev pressed against the cage, preventing Dyuzev from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Dyuzev escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dyuzev changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Navozov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Dyuzev stands up. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dyuzev misses with a double jab.
Dyuzev shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Dyuzev showed some decent athleticism there. Dyuzev controlling the action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mihail Dyuzev dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Dyuzev throws a body kick that misses. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dyuzev is defended easily by Navozov. Dyuzev swings for the body but Navozov moves out of range.
No joy there for Dyuzev, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Navozov lands a head kick. Dyuzev smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Dyuzev darts in and clinches Navozov up against the cage. Dyuzev wants the takedown. Navozov is fighting it off but Dyuzev persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Navozov's guard against the cage. Dyuzev engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Mihail Dyuzev has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dyuzev is pushing down on Navozov's leg trying to pass to half guard. Navozov is fighting to maintain full guard but Dyuzev has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dyuzev performing his best blanket impression for a moment. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Mihail Dyuzev has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Navozov connects with a solid leg kick. A chopping leg kick lands by Navozov. Dyuzev fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Mirzai Navozov is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dyuzev throws a head kick that misses and Navozov counters with an inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Navozov moves out of range of the body kick. Navozov scores with a jab. Dyuzev acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Dyuzev shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Navozov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Dyuzev passes Navozov's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Dyuzev passes into side control, despite Navozov's attempt to control the position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dyuzev looks up at the clock and then as Navozov takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Dyuzev smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Navozov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dyuzev on the ground. Navozov tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Dyuzev is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Navozov is surviving well by controlling Dyuzev's body position as best he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dyuzev working for a guillotine from mount but Navozov is in no mood to give up. Navozov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Dyuzev is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Navozov is forced to tap! Great finish!
