Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Gat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glen Sabu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glen Sabu told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johnny Gat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Glen Sabu! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gat bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Sabu looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Gat lands a nice forearm strike. Gat wants to stand but Sabu is controlling his arm. Gat lands a decent elbow from side control.
Sabu is rocked!
It looks like Glen Sabu has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gat in side control, throwing shots but Sabu defends. Sabu is still in real trouble! Can Gat finish him? Gat tries to stand but Sabu is controlling his head. Sloppy strikes there by Gat. Sabu seems to have recovered his senses. Gat throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Gat throws a strike aimed at the side of Sabu's head but Sabu avoids it well. Gat postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gat in side control lands a decent elbow. Gat misses with an attempted head punch from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gat sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Sabu is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Gat swings around for an armbar but Sabu sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Gat's guard. Gat manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Sabu wants to stay close but Gat steps back to make room for something. Sabu seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Gat and Sabu drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Johnny Gat!
