Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between El Senor Sox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luis Felipe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luis Felipe will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sox fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Felipe looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sox misses with a wild body shot.
Sox misses with an uppercut. Felipe saw that one coming.
Felipe fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Felipe keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sox lands with a nice body punch.
Sox pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Felipe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Sox throws a series of punches but Felipe moves out of range.

El Senor Sox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sox misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Sox moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Felipe's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sox connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Felipe scrambles back to his feet.
Felipe shoots in for a double leg but Sox sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sox will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

El Senor Sox is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sox rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Felipe moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sox scores with a jab. Felipe acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Felipe is rocked!
Sox lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sox.
Felipe is still on wobbly legs! Can Sox finish him?
Sox tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Felipe was well out of range. Poor timing from Sox.

Felipe seems to have recovered his senses.
Felipe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sox pinned against the cage. Sox gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
El Senor Sox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luis Felipe.

Sox scores with a one two! Felipe had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Felipe avoids the body shot from Sox.
Felipe shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sox sprawls well. Sox wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Felipe gets slowly back to his feet.
Sox misses with an uppercut. Felipe saw that one coming.
Nice takedown defense from Sox. No joy for Felipe on that attempt.

Sox paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sox misses with a hook. Felipe ducked under it nicely.
Sox scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Felipe takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Sox misses with the combination.
Sox throws a right and a left that both miss.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The fighters circle momentarily. Sox darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Sox throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Felipe sees it coming and avoids it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

El Senor Sox dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Sox leaves Felipe with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Felipe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sox.
Sox throws a nice looking combination but Felipe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sox lands a nice looking body shot.
Sox throws an overhand right that lands on Felipe's shoulder, as Felipe tries to avoid the shot.
Felipe takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Felipe drops his hands momentarily and Sox takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Felipe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sox tries to avoid it but Felipe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sox to the ground. Sox escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sox is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Felipe can do to turn this around?

Felipe is trying desperately to land a takedown but Sox is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Felipe.
Felipe takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Felipe is breathing heavily.
Sox misses with a wild body shot.

Sox cracks Felipe with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Sox has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Felipe to stand back up!

Sox sends Felipe crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Sox is motioning to the referee to let Felipe up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sox cracks Felipe with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
