Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Jaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Moto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jaa comes to the cage accompanied by Battle Royale- OGB . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tony Jaa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ron Moto! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moto tries to clinch but Jaa is having none of it. A right-left combo lands from Jaa. Jaa tries to keep at a distance but Moto has taken the fight into the clinch. Moto tries to pull guard but Jaa won't allow it.
Jaa connects with a knee to the head.
Jaa avoiding damage as Moto throws knees to the body.
Jaa escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jaa tries to clinch there but Moto circles away.
Moto fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jaa feints and as Moto raises his hands in defense, Jaa changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Jaa is looking to stand up but Moto won't let him. Moto striking off his back but it's not causing Jaa any problems. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Moto is trying to keep Jaa in close.
Jaa would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jaa won't allow Moto to sweep him here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jaa decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Moto, up you get! Moto closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jaa circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moto wants to clinch up but Jaa keeps it at a distance. Jaa throws a right and a left that both miss. Jaa is breathing heavily. Jaa looks to land a combination. Moto sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Moto moves into range and clinches up with Jaa. Moto drags the fight down to the ground.
Moto wants to sweep here but Jaa controlling him for the moment. Moto has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jaa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Moto kicks Jaa off and gets to his feet. Jaa throws a right hand that Moto ducks under and follows up with a left that Moto also avoids with ease. Moto tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jaa swats him away and circles back towards the center. Moto tries to clinch up but Jaa circles away and keeps his distance. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Moto avoids a punch combination nicely.

Moto rushes Jaa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Moto lands an elbow inside that Jaa shrugs off. Moto manages to pull guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Moto is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Moto not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Moto sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jaa defending well though. Moto has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Moto thowing shots but they're missing. Moto throwing strikes here but Jaa is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Moto breaks from Jaa's wrist control and lands an elbow. Jaa defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Moto. Jaa is squirming around, avoiding Moto's attempts to control the action. Jaa somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Moto rushes Jaa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Moto is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Knees to the body from Moto.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moto pushes off an throws an elbow but Jaa leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Jaa tries to pull guard but Moto holds him up against the cage and eventually Jaa drops back down to his feet.

Jaa jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Moto walks away with a smile on his face. Jaa gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Jaa circles away from the clinch attempt.

Moto moves in looking to clinch but Jaa pushes him off. Tony Jaa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Moto clinches. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jaa is trying to push Moto away but Moto has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A frustrated look appears on Jaa's face as he tries to break the clinch. Moto slowing the pace effectively. Moto jumps guard and drags Jaa to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Moto is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ron Moto dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Moto clinches. Jaa fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Jaa has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A short uppercut from Moto. Moto breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Moto. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Moto tries to bum rush Jaa with a series of wild strikes but Jaa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaa shoots in but no luck this time. Moto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jaa pinned against the cage. Jaa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jaa swats away the attempt to clinch by Moto. The fight stays on the outside here - Jaa looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jaa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Moto's waist but Moto gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jaa off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Jaa. That's going to take a lot out of him. Moto throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Moto takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Jaa gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Jaa keeps the fight on the outside. Moto is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jaa closes the distance and lands a one-two. Jaa moves into the clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jaa wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Jaa working hard to break the clinch. Moto decides to pull guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Moto bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jaa's guard. Jaa has his feet on Moto's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Moto keeps the fight on the outside. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ron Moto showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

And that's the end of the fight! Ron Moto comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Moto has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
