PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donnie Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilson has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rose drops Wilson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Wilson looks back up at him and smiles so Rose waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wilson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Rose changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Wilson looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rose is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Wilson flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Wilson is out cold! Rose holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
