Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Galara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samir Nasri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Samir Nasri!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galara tries a head kick but it misses.
Galara throws a sloppy head kick and Nasri moves out of range easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Galara leaves Nasri with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

and Nasri counters with a shoot takedown. Galara fights it but they end up in guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nasri accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Nasri throws and elbow that misses. Galara uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Nasri's guard. Nice move by Galara!
Nasri manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Galara connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Horrible takedown by Nasri or perhaps it was just good defense by Galara which made him look bad.

Nasri drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Galara slaps away a takedown attempt from Nasri, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Andrew Galara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Samir Nasri.
Nasri uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nasri shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Galara as he avoids it easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Nasri throws a strike but Galara rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Galara decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Nasri, up you get!

Nasri fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Galara avoids it really well and circles away.

Nasri fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Galara sprawls well initially but Nasri persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Nasri lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nasri is trying to control the action in half guard but Galara is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Nasri is stalling here. Galara is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Nasri seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Galara has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Galara get's back to his feet.
Nasri blocks a leg kick.
Galara pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Nasri has a takedown stuffed.

Samir Nasri showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Galara throws a head kick but Nasri moves out of range.

Galara gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Nasri to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Nasri wants to control from the top but Galara keeps moving.
Nasri is looking to stand up but Galara won't let him.
Nasri stands up over Galara, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Nasri wants to pass the guard but Galara is keeping the position.
Nasri stops Galara from standing up.
Nasri passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Galara is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Nasri has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Nasri misses with the ground and pound.
Nasri stands up.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Nasri drives through with a takedown into guard.
Galara wants to get back to his feet but Nasri is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Nasri chips away with some ground and pound.
Nasri must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Nasri seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Galara will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Nasri throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Galara works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Samir Nasri comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Nasri has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
