PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fatih Emir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Hitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emir kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is i kill people. Fatih Emir has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Emir has managed to clinch.
Hitz tries to land knees in the clinch but Emir avoids the damage to the body.
Hitz pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Hitz has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Emir is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Emir turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Emir manages to end up in side control.
Hitz tries to buck Emir off but Emir is having none of it.

Emir tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Emir has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Hitz has his foot on Emir's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Emir works his way back into a safe position though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big strike lands for Hitz! That's really hurt Emir and he's turned his back - Hitz keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Hitz jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
