The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benjamin throws a series of punches but Rosario moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Benjamin. Rosario does a little dance to reset his feet.
Benjamin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Benjamin lands with a straight right. Rosario didn't see that one coming.

Rosario throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Benjamin tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rosario is in Benjamin's guard.

Trey Rosario has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Rosario closes this distance looking for a takedown but Benjamin circles away.
Trey Rosario seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rosario moves in looking to clinch but Benjamin pushes him off.

Rosario closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Benjamin's guard.
Rosario pushes down on Benjamin's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Rosario misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Benjamin connects with an inside leg kick.

Rosario swats away the attempt to clinch by Benjamin.
Benjamin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Benjamin just misses with a punch to the body.
Rosario closes the distance and clinches up with Benjamin, looking for a takedown. Rosario pushes Benjamin against the cage but Benjamin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

It looks like Trey Rosario has been cut.

Benjamin scores with a nice right hand.
Benjamin thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Rosario if he has to take too many more of those.
A punch lands to the side of Rosario 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Benjamin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rosario paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rosario takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Benjamin circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Rosario drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Benjamin follows Rosario to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
