The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hammer throws a low kick but Blockhead moves out of range easily.
Blockhead checks a leg kick.
Hammer lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Good leg kick by Hammer there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Blockhead is breathing heavily.
Hammer throws a leg kick that misses.
Hammer tried to score with a low kick but Blockhead checks it.
Blockhead misses with a straight left.
Hammer throws a low kick but Blockhead avoids it.
Hammer throws a head kick but Blockhead moves out of range.

It looks like Demian Blockhead has been cut.
Anton Hammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
