Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Pearl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Didier Diane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Pearl might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to yes. Diane has chosen Let's Get it as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Didier Diane!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pearl shoots in for a takedown but Diane shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Pearl rushes Diane and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pearl has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Diane avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Pearl gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Diane wants to control but Pearl is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Pearl tries to pass the half guard into mount. Diane knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Pearl looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Diane is pressing down on Pearl's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Diane is looking to stand up but Pearl won't let him.
Pearl is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Pearl gets tackled into the cage by Diane. Diane maintains the clinch.

Pearl has Diane pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Diane manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Pearl tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Diane just stands there and leans against the cage.
Pearl goes for a takedown attempt but Diane pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Diane lands a nice hook to Pearl's body. Pearl takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Diane slaps away a takedown attempt from Pearl, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Pearl is breathing heavily.
Diane gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Pearl tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Diane lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pearl backwards.

Pearl drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Diane gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Diane is pressed up against the cage. Pearl has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Diane down to the mat. Diane avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Diane will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pearl shoots in and drives through. Diane sprawls well.
Diane clinches with his opponent.

Diane scores with a nice hook to the head.
Diane can't find room to land a body shot as Pearl controls the action.
Pearl has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Diane avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Diane goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Pearl has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Diane is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Pearl closes this distance looking for a takedown but Diane circles away.
Pearl uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Diane.

Mr Pearl seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Diane throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Diane misses with a looping left.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pearl is trying to drag Diane to the mat but Diane just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Pearl jumps guard but Diane stands there with Pearl around his waist. Pearl gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Diane throws a big uppercut that drops Pearl! More strikes from Diane and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Pearl lies dazed against the cage as Diane celebrates with his cornermen!
