Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wilson Crodonilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crazy Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crodonilson comes into the arena with Mexican Sun-- Chevelle blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Dog's choice of entrance music: Fan of Marrizle and CC - What I Want. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wilson Crodonilson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Crazy Dog! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dog looks for a takedown but Crodonilson sprawls well. Dog has a takedown stuffed. Dog throws a right and a left that Crodonilson avoids nicely. Dog blocks a head kick by Crodonilson.
Dog misses with a series of wild punches.
Dog throws a leg kick but Crodonilson moved away. Dog keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dog looks to land a combination but Crodonilson avoids it well. Dog shoots in but Crodonilson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Wilson Crodonilson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crazy Dog.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dog has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Crodonilson. Wilson Crodonilson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dog misses with a two punch combination.
Crodonilson moves into range and connects with a jab. A looping hook to the body misses from Dog. Crodonilson does a little dance to reset his feet. Crodonilson thows a body kick. Dog tries to catch it but that hurt him. Dog misses with a double jab.
Dog takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Dog looks gassed! Dog lands with a nice combination. Crodonilson backs away looking to recover. Crodonilson sizes up Dog with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dog throws a right and a left that both miss. Crodonilson throws a sloppy head kick and Dog moves out of range easily. Crodonilson throws a head kick but Dog moves out of range.
Crodonilson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Crodonilson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Crodonilson connects with an inside leg kick. Crodonilson scores with a jab. Dog on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Dog is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crodonilson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dog's sensitive parts. A shot to the liver by Crodonilson. Beautiful body shot. Dog's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Crodonilson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Dog scrambles back to his feet. Dog is still on wobbly legs! Can Crodonilson finish him? A solid leg kick lands there for Crodonilson.
Crodonilson thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Dog if he has to take too many more of those.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dog walks straight into a right hand from Crodonilson - that's dropped him! Crodonilson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Dog from any more punishment! Dog complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Wilson Crodonilson! Wilson Crodonilson retains his featherweight title!
