Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brian Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Fantana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by Revenge by Danger Mouse. Fantana has chosen Many Men as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Johnson.
Fantana lands with a cross.
Johnson throws a shot from downtown. Fantana moves away and avoids it.
Johnson throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Oooooh!!! Fantana has knocked Johnson down with a huge combo! Fantana steps away and waves a wobbly Johnson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Johnson is rocked!

It looks like Brian Johnson has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Johnson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fantana.
Johnson seems to have got his legs back now.
Fantana throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Fantana slips under a jab from Johnson.
Johnson throws a looping overhand right but Fantana ducks down to avoid it.
Johnson misses with a double jab.
Fantana connects with a body shot that sends Johnson's belly button to the back.
Fantana missing with a left hand there. Johnson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fantana throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Johnson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Fantana lunges at Johnson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Johnson's hand.
Johnson fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Fantana is out of range.
Fantana swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Johnson just misses with a punch to the body.
Johnson chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Johnson. Fantana shrugs it off though.
Fantana keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Johnson fails with the takedown.
Johnson wants to clinch up but Fantana keeps it at a distance.
Johnson throws a head kick that Fantana semi-blocks.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fantana throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fantana misses with a few strikes there.

Fantana lands a left and a right that send Johnson crashing to the mat, dazed. Fantana thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Fantana swings for the body but Johnson moves out of range.
Fantana connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Johnson momentarily.
Fantana fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Johnson square on the jaw! Damn, Johnson is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
