The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown tries for a takedown but Routalempi circles away easily
and Routalempi counters with a right hand to the body.

Brown shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Routalempi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Pekka Routalempi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wayne Brown.

and Routalempi counters with a leg kick.
Brown fails with the takedown
and Routalempi counters with a series of strikes. Brown will be more careful next time no doubt.

Brown misses with a takedown
and Routalempi counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Brown to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Routalempi!
