Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cyrus Inko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Wendigo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jon Wendigo! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wendigo clinches up with Inko and pushes him back against the cage. Inko lands a knee to the body.

Wendigo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Inko just stands there and leans against the cage. Wendigo throws a head punch that misses. That's three minutes gone in the round. Inko stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wendigo. Inko tries to close the distance and clinch but Wendigo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wendigo finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Wendigo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Inko as he jumps to the side. Wendigo avoids a punch combination nicely.

Wendigo throws a combination that misses and Inko counters with an inside leg kick. Inko drives through with a takedown into guard. Inko slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Wendigo trying to keep a closed guard but Inko is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Inko won't allow Wendigo to sweep him here. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Inko is working Wendigo over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wendigo looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Cyrus Inko. Wendigo throws a sloppy head kick and Inko counters with a body kick that stops Wendigo in his tracks momentarily. Inko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
