Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ichi Izawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Izawa's entrance music is Alphabetical #1 - Karera Musication. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ichi Izawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Patrick Silver!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Seu Braga and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver clinches up against the cage.
Izawa is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Izawa drops down looking for an ankle pick but Silver pulls his leg out and moves away.
Silver throws a right and a left that Izawa avoids nicely.
Silver looks to score with a jab to the body but Izawa is just out of range.
Izawa shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ichi Izawa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Izawa closes the distance and clinches up with Silver, looking for a takedown. Izawa pushes Silver against the cage but Silver circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Patrick Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silver lands a nice shot to the body.
Izawa is breathing heavily.
Nice jab there from Silver.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silver looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Izawa is rocked!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Izawa has momentary wrist control but Silver slips an elbow through the middle.
Oh Izawa is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Izawa preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Silver prevents Izawa from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silver throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silver accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silver advances to half guard.
Silver working the head and body with strikes.
Silver throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Izawa on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Izawa tries to get out of the position.
Silver is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Izawa!
Silver loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Izawa scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Silver land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Silver stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Patrick Silver!
