Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Keith RunningRabbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pelayo Palhares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Keith RunningRabbit! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pelayo Palhares! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Palhares tests RunningRabbit's chin there with a solid looking shot. Palhares fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but RunningRabbit avoids it really well and circles away. Palhares slips under a jab. RunningRabbit ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. RunningRabbit fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Palhares has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. The crowd cheers as RunningRabbit lands an impressive looking overhand right. Palhares doesn't seem phased though. RunningRabbit takes a swing at Palhares's ribcage but misses. Palhares lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but RunningRabbit circles away quickly and effectively. RunningRabbit scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Pelayo Palhares has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Palhares shoots in for a double leg but RunningRabbit sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Palhares takes a swing at RunningRabbit's ribcage but misses. Keith RunningRabbit is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Palhares throws a body punch but RunningRabbit moves out of range. Palhares throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around RunningRabbit's waist but RunningRabbit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Palhares off to one side. Keith RunningRabbit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pelayo Palhares. Palhares has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from RunningRabbit. Palhares misses with an uppercut. RunningRabbit saw that one coming. Palhares avoids a low kick by using good footwork. RunningRabbit swings for the body but Palhares moves out of range.
Palhares swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Palhares thows a body shot but no joy. RunningRabbit thows a body shot but no joy. RunningRabbit keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
RunningRabbit throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Palhares. Palhares looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? RunningRabbit is fending him off so far but Palhares persists. Nope, RunningRabbit circles away and we're back to standing. RunningRabbit jabs Palhares to the body, keeping him at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A slow jab from Palhares misses its intended target. RunningRabbit misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Palhares.
RunningRabbit takes a swing at Palhares's ribcage but misses. RunningRabbit lands a jab to Palhares's midsection. RunningRabbit gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. RunningRabbit manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
RunningRabbit thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. RunningRabbit avoids the attempt from Palhares to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Palhares is in all sorts of trouble here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, RunningRabbit cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
RunningRabbit looking to control but Palhares is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. RunningRabbit throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. RunningRabbit landing strikes from the mount and Palhares is in trouble! Palhares suckers RunningRabbit into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Palhares is now in RunningRabbit's guard!
RunningRabbit controls Palhares momentarily but Palhares frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Palhares wants to control from the top but RunningRabbit keeps moving. Palhares works a leg free and moves into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Palhares slows the pace down in half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. RunningRabbit has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Palhares is working away from the top position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Keith RunningRabbit dominated that round. The cut man is working on Pelayo Palhares's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Palhares defending well as RunningRabbit loads up on a big left hand. RunningRabbit finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
A momentary lapse in concentration from RunningRabbit enables Palhares to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. RunningRabbit manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. RunningRabbit lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Palhares! RunningRabbit pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Palhares blocking the ground and pound. Palhares is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Palhares avoids a series of strikes thrown by RunningRabbit.
RunningRabbit throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. RunningRabbit throws some wild stikes that Palhares manages to avoid easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. RunningRabbit putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! RunningRabbit landing strikes, looking to finish!
That has opened up Pelayo Palhares's cut even more. Palhares tries to hold on but RunningRabbit postures up. Palhares holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as RunningRabbit tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
RunningRabbit pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The cut above Pelayo Palhares's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Pelayo Palhares's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Keith RunningRabbit!
