Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nova Experiencia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Archie Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bell has chosen Eminem - Almost Famous as his entrance music. Archie Bell has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nova Experiencia's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Experiencia misses with a right hand
and Bell counters with a nice uppercut.

Experiencia moves into the clinch.
Bell swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Experiencia tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Bell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bell throws out a leg kick but Experiencia moves out of range and Bell only half commits.

and Bell counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Experiencia jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bell walks away with a smile on his face. Experiencia gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

That was a close round but I would say that Nova Experiencia will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Experiencia gets control of Bell's arms and successfully pulls guard. Experiencia will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Experiencia will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Experiencia tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bell stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Experiencia swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
