Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wirm Kness (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snow's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ron Artest - Champions. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wirm Kness! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Snow as Kness shoots in. Snow connects with a nice looking jab.
Snow throws a shot from downtown. Kness moves away and avoids it. No luck for Kness with that takedown attempt. Kness gets the takedown into side control. Snow is trying to improve his position. Kness goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Snow rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Kness's guard! Nice work there by Snow! Kness is pulling down on Snow's head to control his posture. Kness has his foot on Snow's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Snow works his way back into a safe position though. Snow has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kness has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Snow has managed to get both his arms back between Kness's legs - danger averted. Kness is trying to keep Snow in close.
Kness has a closed guard, preventing Snow from standing up. Snow avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Snow is looking to stand up but Kness won't let him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kness escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Snow gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Snow decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kness, up you get! Kness tries to clinch but Snow moves out of range. Kness with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Snow to counter with a crisp jab. John Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wirm Kness. Kness fails with the takedown. Kness looks gassed! Kness tries to clinch up but Snow circles away and keeps his distance. Snow misses with a looping left. Kness avoids the body shot from Snow.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kness ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kness rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Snow moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kness looks for a takedown but Snow sprawls well. Snow throws a lazy right hand but Kness sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Kness uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Snow. Snow stuns Kness with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. John Snow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Snow misses the jab. Snow throws a jab but it's blocked by Kness. Snow with a body punch. A glancing blow. Snow lands a jab to Kness's midsection. Wirm Kness seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Snow keeps the fight on the outside. Snow misses with a straight left. Snow thows a body shot but no joy. Kness closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kness lands in his opponent's guard. Snow keeping full guard, as Kness tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snow trying to control the position here. Snow is trying to keep Kness in close.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kness tries to stand but Snow is controlling from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Snow keeping full guard, as Kness tries to pass. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Wirm Kness will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
A looping hook to the body misses from Snow. Kness does a little dance to reset his feet. Kness closes the distance and clinches. Kness looking for a takedown. Kness drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Snow breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kness dives in and scores a takedown into Snow's guard. Snow seems keen to control Kness's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow is trying to control the position but Kness postures up. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Kness loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Snow not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Snow pushes Kness off and scrambles back to his feet.
Snow throws a right and a left that both miss. Kness with a lazy takedown attempt letting Snow counter with a right hand. John Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wirm Kness. Snow scores with a nice right hand.
Snow stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Snow wants it to stay on the feet. Kness tries to clinch up. Kness has his takedown stuffed and Snow counters with a lovely shot to the body. Kness is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow fails to land with a series of punches.
Kness blocks a jab. Kness has his takedown stuffed and Snow counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kness avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kness on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Snow defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kness. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Snow throws a looping overhand right but Kness ducks down to avoid it. Kness takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Snow misses with an uppercut. Snow throws a lazy right hand but Kness sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Kness darts in and clinches Snow up against the ropes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kness misses with some punches.
Snow wants to get back to striking at distance but Kness won't allow it.
Snow tries to circle away but Kness has him pinned against the ropes. Snow prevents a body shot from Kness. Snow working hard to break the clinch. Snow looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Kness looking for a takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A short body shot lands from Kness as the two fighters clinch.
Snow lands a takedown into guard.
Snow has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kness is proving hard to escape from. Snow got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kness has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Snow has managed to get both his arms back between Kness's legs - danger averted. Kness is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Snow content to stall in guard here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Snow dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Kness looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Kness seems to be working for a kimura but Snow defends the submission attempt. Snow trying to control here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kness is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Snow has hold of Kness's hands but Kness slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Kness is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Snow is just riding it out for now. Kness eventually gives up the hold. Snow is looking to control Kness's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Snow avoid being mounted?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kness thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Snow's head. Snow is trying to stand.
Kness passes to side control. Kness goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Snow rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Kness's guard! Nice work there by Snow! Kness takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kness lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Snow! Snow's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Wirm Kness has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Snow tries to roll over but Kness keeps him under control. Kness trying to control the action but Snow is working from the bottom. Kness is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Snow sees it coming and defends easily. Snow is trying to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kness thows a huge punch but Snow dodges it nicely.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kness connects with a nice short shot to Snow's temple. Snow pushes Kness off looking to stand but Kness dives back in and keeps control.
Kness is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Snow has managed to free his arm - good work. Kness throwing shots but Snow is blocking nicely. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kness is trying to work for a kimura but Snow is defending well.
And that's the end of the fight! Wirm Kness comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Kness has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
