Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jenson Crowder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jenson Crowder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, The Machine! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Machine waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Crowder. A left and a right from Machine both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Jenson Crowder has been cut. The Machine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Machine is looking to slow Crowder down with leg kicks. Machine throws a body kick the misses and Crowder counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Machine's guard now. Crowder drops back, looking for a kneebar! Machine looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Machine looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Machine! This has been an exciting period of action! Crowder tries to get back to half guard but can't. Crowder gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Machine tries to stand but his arm is trapped. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Machine really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Crowder. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Crowder gets full guard. Crowder is trying to keep Machine in close.
Machine gets to his feet - Crowder follows without any prompting.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice body punch from Machine. The Machine is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A slow jab from Machine misses its intended target. Machine fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Crowder is out of range. Crowder moves out of range as Machine strikes. A big left from Machine misses. Nice body punch from Machine. Machine fails to land with a series of punches.
Machine throws out a loose jab but Crowder uses good head movement to avoid it. Crowder tries for a takedown but Machine sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Machine throws a predictable looking body shot
and Crowder counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Crowder. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Machine keeping moving, preventing Crowder from controlling successfully. Crowder stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Machine swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Machine keeping moving, preventing Crowder from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jenson Crowder. Machine throws out a leg kick but Crowder moves out of range and Machine only half commits. Machine finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Crowder shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Crowder seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Machine does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crowder is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Crowder is breathing heavily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Crowder is pressing down on Machine's thigh, looking to free his foot. Machine is holding on for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jenson Crowder will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jenson Crowder's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Machine scores with a hook to the body. Crowder takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Machine throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Crowder shoots in looking for a takedown. Machine tries to sprawl out of it but Crowder keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Machine manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Machine throws a head kick but Crowder moves out of range.

Machine looks for the body kick but Crowder saw that one coming. Machine's jab looks to have found its range, popping Crowder under the eye. Machine throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Machine throws a combination that misses and Crowder counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Crowder. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Machine keeping moving, preventing Crowder from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Machine keeping full guard, as Crowder tries to pass. Crowder works a leg free and moves into half guard. Crowder is trying to control the action in half guard but Machine is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Crowder is working for a kimura but Machine is defending it quite comfortably.
Crowder is looking for a kimura but Machine is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Crowder to get the leverage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Machine is trying to stand.
Crowder is looking to advance position but Machine won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crowder trying to control the pace. Machine blocking the ground and pound attempt from Crowder. Crowder tries to pass the half guard into mount. Machine knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Machine keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Crowder seems to be working for a kimura but Machine defends the submission attempt. Crowder prevents Machine from standing back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crowder is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Machine sees it coming and defends easily. Machine is looking to escape. Machine manages to escape and get back to his feet! Jenson Crowder is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Crowder doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Excellent takedown into side control there by Crowder. Machine is trying to buck Crowder off. Crowder swings around for an armbar but Machine sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Crowder's guard. Crowder isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Machine stacks Crowder on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Machine!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Machine tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Machine stands up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Machine lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but The Machine will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Jenson Crowder's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Crowder closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Machine to the mat! Machine manages to get full guard. Crowder is working Machine over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Jenson Crowder overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Crowder advances to half guard. Machine is looking to escape. Crowder is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Machine defends it well. Crowder seems to be working for a kimura but Machine defends the submission attempt. Machine looks like he's trying to stand up.
Machine has one foot on Crowder's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Machine misses with a kick to the body.
Machine jabs Crowder right on the nose. Crowder blinks but takes it well. A right-left combo lands from Machine. Nice sprawl there from Machine as Crowder shoots in. Crowder misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Both fighters are breathing heavily. A combination from Machine does no damage. Machine throws a hook but Crowder blocks it. Machine connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. The Machine seems to be getting the better of the standup. Machine lands a nice hook to Crowder's body. Crowder takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Crowder dodges the punch combination from Machine.
Machine throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crowder shoots in but Machine avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jenson Crowder. That's going to take a lot out of him. Machine missing with a left hand there. Crowder was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Crowder shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Machine manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Crowder gets to his feet. Machine looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Crowder looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Machine is fending him off so far but Crowder persists. Nope, Machine circles away and we're back to standing. A head kick misses from Machine. Crowder avoids the head kick by Machine.
Machine throws a series of punches but Crowder moves out of range. Machine takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Machine swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Crowder counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Machine! Crowder working for a submission but Machine is keeping him at bay. You get the feeling that Machine really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Crowder wants to control the pace but Machine is squirming around nicely. Machine blocking the ground and pound. Machine is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Crowder fails to move to back control. Crowder wants to finish this one by submission but Machine is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Crowder. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Crowder goes for an armbar but Machine turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Machine. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Machine decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jenson Crowder. I think Crowder has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
