Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vechter Schilpov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beowulf Peredur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peredur rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Schilpov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Peredur throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Schilpov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Peredur.

Schilpov blocks a jab.
Schilpov misses with a straight right.
Peredur has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Schilpov finds it's way round the side to connect with Peredur's head.

Schilpov lands a nice shot that snaps Peredur's head back.
Peredur looks to score with a jab to the body but Schilpov is just out of range.
Schilpov connects with a crisp jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Schilpov lands a really nice looking cross but Peredur seems unphased.
Peredur uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Schilpov.
Schilpov takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Peredur swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Peredur takes a shot right to the bread basket.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Schilpov cracks Peredur with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Peredur tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Schilpov pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Peredur is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vechter Schilpov!
