The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spark misses with an uppercut. Nelson saw that one coming.
Nelson fails to land with a series of punches.
Nelson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Spark throws a series of punches but Nelson moves out of range.
Spark takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Spark pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Spark takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Spark misses with a double jab
and Nelson counters with a nice low kick that buckles Spark's knee momentarily.
Tdk Spark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Spark throws a right hand that Nelson ducks under and follows up with a left that Nelson also avoids with ease.
Nelson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Tdk Spark has been cut.
Nice defenses there by Nelson.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A slapping leg kick lands for Nelson.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Spark.
Nelson throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Spark is breathing heavily.
Nelson throws a shot to the body.
Nelson throws a good cross that connects.
Nelson lands a head shot.
Nelson feints and then cracks Spark's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Spark down.

Nelson lands a head kick!
Spark takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nelson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Nelson thuds his shin into the meat of Spark's side.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Nelson.
Nelson lands a head shot.

Spark is rocked!

Nelson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Oh Spark is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nelson lands a leg kick that knocks Spark off balance momentarily.
Nelson cracks Spark with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Spark falls to his knees and Nelson doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
