Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Relentless AD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jenson Crowder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Relentless AD!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jenson Crowder!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowder takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Crowder has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from AD finds it's way round the side to connect with Crowder's head.


It looks like Jenson Crowder has been cut.
AD fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Crowder manages to avoid it.

AD forces Crowder back against the cage and clinches.
Crowder is trying to work for a single leg takedown but AD pulls him back up using the underhooks.

AD has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Crowder uses from the top position.
Crowder postures up in AD's guard and throws a big left but AD blocks it.
AD working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Crowder.
Crowder tries to free his leg and advance position but AD is retaining full guard.

AD is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
AD lands a nice knee to the body.

AD breaks the clinch.
Crowder shoots in for a takedown but AD shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Crowder walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

AD closes the distance and clinches.

AD gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

AD drops back, looking for a kneebar! Crowder looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Crowder looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Crowder!
AD wants to control but Crowder postures up.

Crowder is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, AD has escaped the position, nice work there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Crowder in side control, just content to control the action for now.

AD shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. AD showed some decent athleticism there.

AD is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Crowder has managed to free his arm - good work.
Crowder tries to roll over but AD keeps him under control.

AD is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

AD is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
AD is pressing down on Crowder's thigh, looking to free his foot. Crowder is holding on for now.

We're going to have a standup here because Relentless AD wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Crowder tries to score a power double leg takedown but AD sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Crowder somewhat.

AD throws an overhand right that lands on Crowder's shoulder, as Crowder tries to avoid the shot.
AD lands a head kick!
Crowder will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Relentless AD has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jenson Crowder.

Crowder uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by AD.

Crowder drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but AD manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Crowder has AD in his guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Crowder wants to sweep here but AD controlling him for the moment.
AD pushes down on Crowder's leg and manages to get into half guard.

AD is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Crowder!
AD connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Crowder is bucking up trying to escape but AD cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

AD has hold of Crowder's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Crowder manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
AD lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
AD wants to control the pace but Crowder is squirming around nicely.
A nice elbow there by AD.


The cut above Jenson Crowder's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jenson Crowder's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
