Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sandoval takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Jawo throws a head kick that misses.
Jawo thows a body kick. Sandoval tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Sandoval lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jawo's sensitive parts.
Jawo is looking to clinch but Sandoval is avoiding it.
Jawo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sandoval manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Jawo tries to bum rush Sandoval with a series of wild strikes but Sandoval uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Jawo is looking to clinch but Sandoval is avoiding it.
Jawo cracks Sandoval with an open hand slap.
Jawo misses the shot to the body.
Sandoval throws a shot to the body.

Sandoval takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jawo leaves Sandoval with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Sandoval is keen to just control but Jawo is a slippery customer.
Sandoval is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

That was a close round but I would say that Jose Protacio Jawo will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Sandoval lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sandoval.

Sandoval is looking to stall here but Jawo recovers full guard.
Sandoval must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Jawo is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Sandoval rolls with it to try and escape but Jawo cranks on the arm and Sandoval is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
