Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jafar Mehtmeht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carter Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson has chosen Enter Sandman by Metallica as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carter Johnson! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mehtmeht swings away with a leg kick that misses. Johnson lands a two punch combo.
Johnson misses with an uppercut. Mehtmeht saw that one coming. Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Mehtmeht is just out of range. Mehtmeht throws a half hearted mid kick. Johnson misses with a looping right. Mehtmeht throws a poor cross that misses
and Johnson counters with a nice body shot. Nice shot by Johnson. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A decent looking body kick lands there for Johnson. Johnson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mehtmeht doesn't seem bothered though. Mehtmeht is breathing heavily. Johnson jabs Mehtmeht to the body, keeping him at a distance. Johnson looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Johnson lands with a good body shot. Mehtmeht takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Johnson cracks the inside of Mehtmeht's front leg. Johnson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson lands a nice looking body kick. Mehtmeht is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

An inside leg kick lands from Johnson. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mehtmeht swats him away and circles back towards the center. Johnson digs a good body shot into Mehtmeht's ribs. Johnson scores with a shot to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Johnson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Johnson. Johnson with a hook. Johnson feints and then cracks Mehtmeht's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mehtmeht down. Johnson pushes Mehtmeht away with a front kick. Johnson digs a good hook to Mehtmeht's body.
Oooooh!!! Johnson has knocked Mehtmeht down with a huge combo! Johnson steps away and waves a wobbly Mehtmeht back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Jafar Mehtmeht has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Mehtmeht tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Mehtmeht misses with a punch to the body.
A knee to the head by Johnson.
Johnson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mehtmehts head. Johnson works on Mehtmeht's body with a couple of short punches. Johnson lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Johnson wants to work for an arm triangle but Mehtmeht is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Mehtmeht on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Mehtmeht tries to get out of the position. Johnson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mehtmeht with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Johnson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mehtmeht's head. Johnson works his way into side control. Johnson scoring with punches from side control. Johnson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson is trying to get an arm triangle but Mehtmeht is defending well. Johnson throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Johnson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Johnson advances to mount. Johnson lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Mehtmeht hang on? Mehtmeht really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
A nice elbow there by Johnson. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johnson looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Mehtmeht is rocked! Johnson postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Mehtmeht is out cold - huge knockout for Johnson!
