The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocha tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lahey accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Rocha wants to get back to his feet but Lahey is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Lahey shoots for a double leg takedown but Rocha sprawls well. He's pushed Lahey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Rocha throws a sloppy head kick and Lahey moves out of range easily.
