Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis stalks Trendell and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Trendell's face. Trendell staggers backwards, shaken.
Trendell tries a head kick but it misses.
Trendell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lewis was well out of range. Poor timing from Trendell.
A shot to the liver by Lewis. Beautiful body shot.
Trendell walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Lewis misses with a hook
and Trendell counters with a head kick. That will keep Lewis thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lewis throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Trendell was covering up waiting for the punch and Lewis finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lewis has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Lewis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Trendell swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lewis throws a big right hand that misses.
Lewis wants to pass the guard but Trendell is keeping the position.

Lewis sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Trendell's guard.
Lewis works his way into full mount!
Lewis fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Trendell tries to hold on but Lewis pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
