Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Petrea lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Yzagoev has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Yzagoev and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close round but I would say that Dimitry Yzagoev will probably get the nod.

Yzagoev jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Petrea walks away with a smile on his face. Yzagoev gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Petrea crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Yzagoev - the referee stops the clock and Petrea gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Yzagoev. Petrea manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Sebastian Petrea seems to be getting the better of the standup.
No joy there for Petrea, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
