Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Eoin Andershannon O Darby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Darby kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I'm Shipping up to Boston by Dropkick Murphys. Machine is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Stupid KId. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Darby looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
O Darby ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Machine moves away.
Machine tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but O Darby was well out of range. Poor timing from Machine.
Machine misses with a low kick.
O Darby looks to score with a jab to the body but Machine is just out of range.
Machine fakes high and swings low for a body shot but O Darby manages to avoid it.
Machine takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
O Darby just misses with a punch to the body.

Machine uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by O Darby.
Machine takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Machine closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. O Darby did well to prevent Machine getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

O Darby throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Machine stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

O Darby has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Machine. Oh but O Darby has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Machine goes limp - he's gone! O Darby jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
