The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parts throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Williams sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Parts throws the left hand but Williams avoids the punch easily.
Williams lands with a right hand.
Parts scores with a jab to the head.
Parts scores with the left hand. Williams knows he should have avoided that one.
Parts thuds a left hand into Williams's body.
Tony Parts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Williams avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Williams throws a big shot that misses.

Williams tries to keep at a distance but Parts has taken the fight into the clinch.

Parts is pawing at Williams, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Williams's nose. Williams is badly hurt! Parts pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Williams tries desperately to hold on but Parts is relentless in his assault! As Williams receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Parts away and this one is in the books!
